One-component

This is the easiest jam to make, containing only berries and sugar. Since there is little juice in the fruit, the addition of water will be required. All components are taken in equal proportions of 1100 g. The berries are boiled whole or cleaned of seeds and villi. Take the pot off the heat after 3 minutes of boiling. It must cool down completely. For the second time, the boiling time is 12-18 minutes, depending on the desired thickness.

Five-Minute

For this you will need only peeled halves of berries. They are thoroughly washed with a double change of water, and thrown on a colander. Then pour in sugar, add water and boil the mass for 5 minutes.

Important: The foam must be removed in time, otherwise it will spoil the appearance of the finished product.

For the readiness of the product you will need three approaches, with breaks of 5-6 hours. During the last cooking a sweet mass immediately shifted into sterilized jars and seal them.

At 1 kg of peeled berries need 750 grams of sugar and a glass of water.

With lemon

A chic dessert and pie filling is made from a thick, fragrant jam that combines rose hips and citrus fruits. To make it, take 2 large lemons, 1 kg of berries, 700 g of sugar, and a glass of water.

First boil in water for 10 minutes cleaned from seeds and fluffy berries, then add diced lemon and grated peel. After the mixture has boiled for 5 minutes, it cools and is ground with a blender to a purée. After mixing with sugar, the mass is put back on the fire until it thickens. Store the finished product in a dark cool place.

With apples

In this case, the apple base is supplemented with a vitamin component of rosehips at the rate of 3:1. If you take 1 kg of apples, then add 350 grams of peeled berries and 1 kg of sugar. For aroma and to enrich the flavor you will need a small lemon and 50 g of fresh ginger root shavings.

Lemon with the peel is cut into translucent thin circles, apples - in slices, rose hips remain in halves. Pour sugar over the ingredients and leave them for 2 hours until they get juice. It will be enough, so you do not need to add water. You will have to boil it for 5-7 minutes in three batches. Between them, the jam "rests" for 8-10 hours. With this method of cooking, the apple slices remain whole, become transparent and are fully soaked in the syrup. The ginger is added during the last boil 5 minutes before it is ready.

With orange in the multicooker

The dainty turns out with a rich flavor, very attractive in appearance and divine in taste. It is recommended to cook it in small portions. For 800 g of peeled berries take the pulp of 2 oranges with zest and 500 g of sugar. The ingredients are placed in a bowl, pour a glass of water and set the program "Stew" for 30 minutes. Then the mass is mashed into a puree and boiled for another 60 minutes. Hot delicacy immediately placed in small jars, sterilized dry.

  • rosehip flowers - 220 g;
  • sugar - 540 gr;
  • lemon juice - 75 g;
  • water - 350 ml.

Only freshly harvested wilted petals are suitable for cooking. They are washed under running water, remove excess liquid through a colander. The mixture is put in layers.
