  2. After the eggs are defrosted, they are poured with cold strong tea without sugar. All the eggs should be covered with it. Stir well and leave for 10 minutes. After, you need to drain all the liquid through a gauze or sieve. The delicacy should not be rinsed with hot water. This will cause the protein to curdle, and then all the caviar will go into the trash.
