How to prepare:

  1. Cut skinless fillets into pieces, put them in a bowl, pour soy sauce over them. Add the garlic, pierced through the press. Place in fridge for a quarter of an hour.
  2. Peel all the vegetables.
  3. Chop peppers, carrots, mushrooms in slices. Cut the broccoli into florets, each one cut into small pieces.
  4. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package, add a spoonful of oil.
  5. Preheat the frying pan. Fry the chicken for three minutes. Put it in a new pot.
  6. In the same oil, stir-fry chopped vegetables and mushrooms for 1 minute. Add the ginger, and cook for 3 more minutes.
  7. In a separate bowl, mix chicken broth, soy sauce, starch, and ketchup.
  8. Put chicken fillets, noodles into the pan with vegetables, pour broth mixture over them. Braise until the chicken is cooked.
